We aim to provide the highest level of hospitality and the best possible guidance to make your visit truly special as “Hare-no-hi (a special day for visiting shrine)”.
Therefore, we limit our services to one group per day with a small number of guests.

◆Cancellation policy
Once the formal details for the "Go-En" Project are finalized and you have applied,
any cancellations or schedule changes will incur a cancellation fee.
If no notice is given: 100%
The day before or the day of the event: 100%
3 to 10 days before the event: 50%
11 to 20 days before the event: 30%
21 to 30 days before the event: 20%
